I just had my second baby on Tuesday and have been waiting for my milk to come in. He latched right away at the hospital so I thought we were going to have a great start to nursing! It has since become harder and harder for him to latch and I think it’s because my boobs have been getting so much larger in the last few days (but definitely not engorged). But my milk has not come in yet -when I pump I get about 2oz of colostrum on each side. With my first, I went to bed and woke up the next morning with boobs that had tripled in size and there was no mistaking that my milk had come in. Has anyone ever had the ‘fullness’ like the milk came in, but still had colostrum?
