Hi! I’ve tried using various online quizzes to find a cup, but they don’t take into account the difference in flow according to the day so I was hoping I could get some recommendations here!

A little about me: the first fews days of my period have crime scene flow and cramps straight from hell, but the second half is a really light.

I have a very high cervix and am rather active. I’ve never had a kid.
