Allergic reaction????! Help

So i know some are gonna say it’s probably from her drooling but it’s actually all over her body, bright red little bumps everywhere on her arms, legs, hands, belly & back & it’s the worst on her face. She has tried most allergins. Today the only things she ate that could be allergins would be strawberries, peanut butter & crab Rangoon’s.She started being red at breakfast time though when all she ate was eggs, strawberries, pineapple & cantaloupe which she’s had them all before. Does this look like an allergic reaction? She’s acting normal. Should i call pediatritian or wait it out? She does have very sensitive skin as is but this is all over her. (Sorry these pictures aren’t very good, she made it quite a task just to get these couple of pictures lol)

As u can see she’s still happy and normal, she loves the flash lmao
