When is it ok to get excited after getting a bfp?

In November I had a positive pregnancy test, me and my husband were very happy. My period was late and then period came - lasting 10 days, they are usually between 4/5 days.

I went to see a doctor and they told me that I was never pregnant and it was a false positive. They made me feel like I was making it up and wasting their time. It was disappointing to learn I wasn’t pregnant.

I have taken so many tests over the last 2 weeks and the line is getting darker and darker 🤗🤗🤗. When can I start to get excited? I don’t want to get excited to be confused again. My husbands is also reserved too.

I have spent my day dreaming of what it will be like throughout pregnancy 🤰🏼 and what our baby will look like.
