I need help

I do NOT wanna become pregnant. I’m on birth control but I am 3 days late according to glow, on my pills my period should have started today but no sign, I did have clear stretchy (snot like) discharge, I’ve taken 5 pregnancy test all negative. My question is what could be going on?!!
