Bleeding 7 days before periods due? Implantation, period or is it possible miscarriage?

Today marks 9 days after trigger shot, 8dpo following an at home test. So 7 days before AF is due.

This cycle I was doing injectables from day 2 until day 10.

The last few days I have had tugging, light cramps and lower back pain. I did a pregnancy test on Thursday (6 days after trigger shot, which had a vfl which I figured was left over from trigger).

But today I have had increased lower back pain, and overall body aches and now I'm spotting... Its been pretty much all day. Brown and slightly pink in color.

Has anyone ever had this following injectables and trigger?

I'm hoping its implantation bleeding but with how sore I am I don't think so... I think AF is early or it's a miscarriage.

Any advice would be appreciated. I cant help but worry and I know its soon to take a test.
