So I just had the Mirena IUD inserted yesterday! I am so excited to finally have it, and for five years to have continuous protection that I don't have to think about every day. 🙌  I have read the horror stories and they had freaked me out a little, not gonna lie. But until I see for myself how Mirena affects me, I will continue to be positive. Does anyone have any advice for new IUD users?
