Cycle question
Today is my predicted period day and it’s currently 10pm. I just peed and I’m now spotting blood. Ive always logged it as the start of my period on glow whenever spotting at night occurred.
Question is. Do I count today as cycle day 1? I have a blood test on cd3 and want to make sure.
