I started on Thursday with a pain so hard I had to drive all the way home with one hand holding that boob bc any bump of the road felt like they were stabbing me. No fever just pain.

I called the doctor next morning and he prescribed some antibiotics for 5 days. And told me to apply ice on the red area to lower the inflammation

It started to feel better on Saturday night.

Now the other boob feels rock solid on one side it hurts and when I touch. Just when I thought it was over 😭

I ve been trying everything, I massage, hand express, hot showers, hot bathtub , etc but I can’t see any progress on this boob. I pumped and nothing came out and the nipple started looking purple

I freaked out when I saw that and run to the emergency where the gynecologist told me to avoid ice and prescribed some ketoprofen and asked me to stop the cold and only apply warmth and massages .

Any advice ???
