Yesterday was the first time I was away from my baby for the first year of his life. I was gone for 6 hours. I haven't had my period start back yet because I am 1. On the IUD and 2. Breastfeeding exclusively. I just went to the bathroom and I'm having spotting. Is it possible going 6-7 hours without nursing has caused my period to start back? Maybe this is a dumb question but I really do not want my period back 😭 it can stay away forever for all I care!!!! Its light red spotting so not normal period bleeding but I am scared!
