Spotting

I’m 29 weeks and 3 days

Yesterday when I used the washroom and wiped light pinkish/red blood came out it wasn’t much just spotting it stop then again this morning when I went to use the washroom and when I wiped I was spotting again it’s not from sex as my partner is away on a job and baby has been moving lots

This never happened to me before in my other pregnancy and I won’t be able to go to the hospital tell later cause I have no one to watch my kids later this afternoon

Should I be worried?
