Why does it hurt so bad

Broke up with ex boyfriend of 10 years a week ago, I’m 17 weeks pregnant, I found out that he was spending money on cars for his family when he never helped me with shopping or bills, he used to make me buy everything, he was never their for me he used to always come home late, leave early morning.i just feel totally lost, feels like I can’t breathe. I feel like I can’t get out of bed to even have a wash the pain is unreal knowing he’s gone and had no contact with him at all!! Please someone tell me that il get over this pain!!
