I don’t know why I do this

When ever I read a book or a question on a quiz sometimes I have to reread parts of the sentence just to make sure I read it. I know what the sentence says and I know I read it, it just doesn’t feel right to keep reading unless I reread that bit. I do this with words in videos as well, I will read the whole caption and the video changes to another screen, then I rewind the video to read it again, and again. I have to touch things multiple times before I can move on as well. I’ll touch an object with one hand and move on just to go back and touch it with the other. Honestly I don’t think it’s ocd but I don’t know.
