Hi lovely ladies. Im doing a natural FET which means no meds due to me having normal cycles around (28-30 days normally it lasts)

We are fortunate to have gotten six frozen embryos. My question is i had to use 10 days of progesterone pessaries(UK uses pessaries) post EC. After stopping them i got spotting for 2 days then 3 days of heavy flow. Im presuming this is my AF right or is it my withdrawl bleed? So confused!Thanks

Is anyone else having natural FET?
