Menstruation after skyla iud
Hey ladies!
So I got the Skyla iud in mid April and I understand that you spot for some time and then your periods should occur normally and in most cases, your periods will become less and less, lasting only 3ish days or with much less blood.
For me, I spotted for about 3 months and then it finally stopped. But now, my periods don't come when they are expected to, always late by two or three weeks and then cause me to to spot for about one to two weeks after my period has ended. So, basically now I have longer periods of no menstruation or spotting until I do get my period and I spot for like an extra week. Anyone else have this weird pattern happen after iud?
FYI my iud is still in place and fine.
