About to file paternity,child support,full custody and not sure what to do

Hey my daughter is 2 and a half and I’m trying to get my daughters dad to do the paternity stuff like paperwork and stuff so that I can get the child support stuff going but my only way to contact him was by Facebook but he blocked me like Thursday after his girlfriend told him I was mad cus they where dating( his girl was at the time one of my friends witch I didn’t care that they where dating) and so they both have me blocked me and I’m not sure how to contact him to tell him that I’m going to be filling that stuff
