Boobs hurting?

Anyone else’s boobs hurting! Mine are KILLING me! If I barely brush against something it’s painful!!! Ouuuuuch!!!

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I've had severe breast pain for about 2 weeks. This week is the worst. Nipples are very tender, deep tissue soreness, appear very full and heavy. Ive noticed the veins in my breasts are also more prominent.

I’m currently 6 weeks and 1 day and it has been the main symptom I’ve had. I’ve had incredibly painful breasts ever since 7 dpo so even before my bfp. They hurt sooo bad 😩 I’ve only had a couple days where the pain was somewhat bearable

I’m actually really concerned that my boobs don’t feel ANY different yet. Only real symptoms so far have been ravenous hunger and being overtired. 4w5d today. Should I be concerned?
