So this is my second pregnancy but my boobs never hurt this bad the first time. I honestly didn’t notice much of a change the first pregnancy until after I had delivered my son and my milk supply came in. I’m about 5 months and my boobs feel as heavy and full as when you go out all night and need to pump in morning. I have huge veins running through them and they are so sensitive. Sometimes it hurts not to wear a padded bra. It feels like my nipples are chafing on my clothes. I have no idea why they are like this and was wondering if there’s anyway to find relief or any ideas why they could be doing this. Btw I’m not leaking at all so it makes me even more confused. This pregnancy I am pregnant with twins so I was wondering if it has something to do with the hormones or something. I would appreciate any answers
