Milk coming out of boobs ??!!

Soo the past three days my nipples have been really sore! I know TMI. Well I haven’t been worried about it because my period is suppose to start in 6 days but I just got out of the bath and there reallly sore, so I was looking at it and kinda squeezed it and white liquid stared coming out, not a lot but a few drops. So I did it to the other breast and the same thing happened ! I’m freaking out. Is this pregnancy or breast cancer because google scared the shit out of me about this breast cancer !!
