Any insight? Not sure when Aunt Flow to appear Glow says I'm 1 week late, Firtility FRIEND 3 days. NOT sure on cycle length since recent Mirena removal Jan 14 purged for 14 days then had 1 normal period of 5 days. Is my chart looking normal?

No ovulation so far. Pretty normal after bc removal (and from time to time anyway!) It’s nothing to worry about unless it happens all the time

This chart doesn’t show ovulation yet, so you’re period isn’t technically late. It may take a while for your body to adjust coming off birth control. You may not ovulate at all this cycle, or it will just be later.
