Braxton hicks in back?

I'm 29 weeks and am getting Braxton hicks in my back. I've never had them in my back but that's what they sure feel like. Is this ok?

I would call and ask your doctor to be safe. They told me real contractions I would feel coming from my back when I asked them what to look for when labor starts.

My friend is a little ahead of me and is having real contractions and they start in her back. Braxton Hicks should be on the sides of your belly so I would see your dr just to make sure.
