Belly band for back pain?

Is a belly bad the only thing that’ll help my back pain? I just had to call into work because of my back hurting so bad. I work in an office but I can’t sit up for too long. Heck, I can’t even lay down with out the awful pain.

I was in excruciating pain last weekend and I didn’t get out of bed for like three days because of my lower back pain, and so my OB recommended a chiropractor and oh my good God did it change my life. My back was better the next day. Honestly I thought it was a crock of shit and not going to help at all, but I am amazed and thoroughly impressed. she like realigned my pelvis and did some other little massage things and it was a LIFESAVER. She also gave me an SI lock band that you wrap around your hips which keep everything together. The bellyband did nothing for me.

I’ve been using a hot water bottle to help with any aches/pains. Highly recommend.
