ladies i just need some nice thoughts please . i have been eating SO MUCH, it’s like the little trigger in my brain to say “you’re full” ran away!!!

i also had some very dull cramping in my lower abdomen yesterday and today - not nearly as strong as AF cramps.

a couple of my other symptoms -

nausea

frequent urination

i have a cold

pretty gassy

i usually get VERY sore nipples/boobs around a week before AF but still nothing . i woke up this morning and my boobs are feeling very full/heavy but no pain

i took a test this morning with my FMU and got a BFN ..

please help me make sense of all of this ...
