On February 25 I got my first uti so I went to the doctor and they prescribed me Cephalexin and it was only 250 mg I think but I took 3 pills 3 times a day for 10 days straight. Then I guess the cephalexin caused a yeast infection? Last Monday I started itching really bad down there and a weird cottage cheese around my vagina so I immediately knew it was a yeast infection. So I got a prescription of a one-time fluconazole and I took it on Thursday I believe and it did slow the symptoms down a little but my vagina was very sore and it would sting a lot when I would pee and take a shower. I got my phone and I recorded my vagina with the flash and I seen a bunch of vaginal fissures everywhere and they looked so sore and horrible. Is this normal? What caused the fissures? How do I get rid of them? They seem to not be healing and it’s very uncomfortable. I’ve been letting my vagina area breathe as much as I can. And I also have very dry skin around my vagina all the sudden.
