Hey mamas!

My little man is 7 weeks today and we have recently made the switch to formula. He seems to much happier on formula than he ever did at my breast. So this is one happy mama!

My question is, do you have any pointers for drying up milk supply? I started last night with a sports bra and cabbage leaves. Now today I have them wrapped in an ACE bandage. I just don’t think I can go all day with them wrapped up. My breasts are large to begin with, so it’s super uncomfortable. How long did it take for you to stop producing and how did you do it??
