Embarrassing but I have a cold sore it started on Thursday but I’ didn’t feel any symptoms until Thursday evening with it. That means it was forming the day before without knowledge. I have a newborn and I was kissing the cheeks and all but never directly on his mouth. I’m really freaking out. No symptoms have occurred to him but I’m on day 5 or having the cold sore and it’s scabbing up now. I hear that newborns can die from this and I’m just so so scared. What should I do.
