Has anyone had their nexplanon removed & went on to have a healthy pregnancy their first go at it?

I’ve read a lot where women have miscarriages after.

I just found out I’m pregnant, my cycle never came back after removal & it’s been 9 weeks. I know the pregnancy is early because I took a test last week & it was negative. I have a doctors appointment Friday to confirm pregnancy. But I’m just worried it won’t stick.
