Depression/anxiety
I deal daily with depression and anxiety. I feel bad because I know it can't be easy on my husband and all the time and he's just amazing. There are some times I just feel so alone and isolated I just cry and I can't help it. What helps you deal with the depression /anxiety and helps you "stay afloat"? I can't afford to get on medicines right now. So just wanted some other opinions on what helped other ladies. I really appreciate it!
