Anxiety causing this?

I suffer from severe anxiety. I have panic attacks frequent, stress. Does anyone else suffer from this ? Do you notice the urge to urine more ?

When I have anxiety and panic attacks I feel as though I am about to lose control of my bladder or bowels. I’ll have to go to the bathroom more frequently. It’s just because the sensation in your stomach is similar to having to use the restroom. I think it’s really common.

Yes and it’s awful... consumes my entire life. Some people have to pee more or get the urge to vomit or poop. The thought is that your body is literally purging everything to prepare you for survival mode  — fight or flight.

Yes! And I actually feel less panicky after I pee.

I suffer from this as well but I don’t feel the need to use the bathroom more
