My boyfriend still has his Tinder and Bumble apps and Sometimes I would hear the ringtones as if he just got new matches .. I trust him but sometimes whenever I hear them he makes it harder for me to do so.. but I also Don’t wanna be like those kind of girlfriends who tell their boyfriends to delete people or apps on their phones.

Tinder “hides” profiles who are inactive. If you’re hearing the tone go off for new matches it means that he is actively using it. I don’t think that you’re overthinking at all. I would suggest talking to him about it...but to be honest it sounds like he’s not committed:/ I’m sorry. I hate dating apps.

You’re his girlfriend. He shouldn’t have any dating apps. He has a girlfriend. He is off the market. Absolutely wouldn’t fly with any women I know. Stand up for yourself. Its not being insecure or controlling. He needs to have respect and get rid of that shit if he’s committed to you. Having those apps pretty much just says that he’s still looking at options.
