Unexpectedly pregnant

I got pregnant with my first child without having a period for 2 months was a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby she turns 8 in august. I was then diagnosed with quite severe pcos, had an iud placed that Dr ended up inserting wrong and was removed 6 months later from my left ovary. Was told unless i take

id be unable to conceive naturally. Have been in a new relationship for just under a year, was on birth control to regulate periods and avoid possibility of conception, even though i was literally not releasing any of my eggs , hence the huge cysts on my ovaries. I ended up needing antibiotics in december for a bad cat bite, and we were very active during this time. I missed a period in january, which im used to though since starting the pill it was regular. I felt off since new years. Took two pregnancy tests on a whim expecting negative results as per my usual, they came back positive in like 30 seconds..im now 11 weeks 5 days
