11 Week Old Accidentally Fed Solids

We just started daycare with our 11 week old last Monday (a week ago) and the caregivers accidentally fed her sweet potatoes intended for a different baby. She had been only breastfed up until this point and since that time.

Besides the obvious issue with the lack of attention to detail shown by the daycare, she has had a hard time pooping for a few days and hasn’t pooped at all for two days.

She IS more fussy and irritable than usual due to the gas but not all day and still sleeps/eats fine. Would these “symptoms” be due to that feeding even a week ago

and if so, when can we expect them to abate?
