I am 7dpo and woke up this morning with considerably strong cramps. I haven’t had any spotting yet. It may sound odd but it almost feels like my uterus is either swollen or hard, if that makes sense? My nipples feel slightly sore. Could this be implantation cramping? I’ve never cramped between periods before but this is my first cycle off the pill TTC so I am unsure whether to write it off or not. Any opinions on when I should test or your personal experiences are appreciated!
