10 month old stomach virus

Starting Saturday my son was refusing bottles and food. Over the weekend he showed less and less interest and I was forcing him to eat bottles. Sunday night he threw up and then again twice Monday morning. He went all day without throwing up but eating very little (enough to be wetting diapers) I thought he was better until my husband tried feeding him a little in his sleep to keep him hydrated and he started throwing up. Ever since then every time we try to give him pedialyte he throws it up as soon as it hits his tongue. Help :( a very anxious tired mama. It’s now 1am

We called his ped earlier today and he said there is a virus going around and that we should make sure he’s wetting every 6 hours. How do I do that if he can’t keep anything down
