Permanent hemorrhoids

I've had two kiddos I'm due with my third. First time I EVER got hemorrhoids I was 8-9 months pregnant with my first son, they eventually went away. After pushing my son out I got them again... But ever since I've always had them. They don't hurt like a normal hemorrhoid so maybe that's not the case, but they look like a couple of them and they've never gone away. For this reason I'm super self conscious about my butt when it comes to sex and stuff. Again they don't hurt or feel irritating just have the bigger bumps...

My fiancé and I both enjoy the occasional sexual play back there but it makes me self conscious anytime he goes near it. Anyone else have this issue or know anything that will get rid of them.

I've never talked to my doctor because they don't hurt or anything and it's embarrassing
