Femara/letrozole

I’m 20 years old, I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS after trying to conceive for a year and a half with no luck. I’ve been prescribed femara/letrozole which I have to start on my next period, which the doctor estimates will be in about 3 weeks. I was just wanting everyone else’s experiences on this drug and how it worked for you? How many rounds it took for you to fall pregnant? And how I can possibly increase my chances of falling pregnant relatively quickly on it?
