Just like you do to lose fat on any part of your body. You can’t target a specific area. Eat less calories then you are putting in. It’s that simple. Exercise will help you burn more calories and build muscle to help change your fat/muscle body composition. Drink plenty of water as well.

Lower ab exercises! It will be hard for me to describe them on here 😂 but you can find them on YouTube, Instagram, and probably any fitness website. And idk what you eat but try to just move toward healthy choices (no crazy diets, those are hard to stay on). I personally have cut out juice and soda unless it’s a special occasion and drink a lot of water which helps

Get better fitted clothes. 🤷 You can't loose weight on some specific area, do full body workouts :)
