I went to my 40 week doctors visit and had her strip my membranes (for a second time- done first at 39 weeks)(dilated to 1cm since 36 weeks) around 10 am, was in active labor contracting every 3-5 min lasting 30 seconds starting around 1pm. Labored at home until 4:00 and headed to hospital and was dilated to a 3. Got epidural by 630pm, progressed to 10cm by 12:30am, pushed for about 40 min and delivered Lane at 1:10am!
