Mucus in throat?

I am not sick but I have had a horrible mucus from my nose running down my throat for two weeks now. Sometimes it makes me start gagging. Anyone else experience this?

Yup!! I wake up with so much mucus in my nose and throat I always end up gagging and dry heaving in the shower in the morning! This has been happening since the first trimester.  I’ve found blowing my nose hard - in the shower (heat and steam help loosen it up) it really helps!

Yes. 24/7 but really bad in the morning to the point that coughing it up/gagging has induced throwing up 🤦🏼‍♀️ My OB said it’s a common symptom and to take nasal spray or allergy med like Zyrtec.

I get this even before pregnancy but it’s definitely worse. My GP prescribed me a nasal spray which is slow helping.

I’ve experienced this like every morning for weeks now. It gets to the point where I actually throw up too.
