This scenario is taken from a situation a reality star is currently facing. I also have a family friend who went through something similar, a couple years ago.

Her husband is currently in prison, due to be released this month. He faces the possibility of deportation from the USA, to his country of origin, Italy.

They have 4 children together, oldest is 17 and the youngest is 9.

It is reported that she will be filing for divorce, should he be deported because she doesn’t want to have a LDR with her husband.

Now it doesn’t say whether she will be allowed to go with him because she also has a criminal record, but let’s assume she has the option to.
