Would you feel safe to let your child go to school?

Not quite sure if this is “controversial” so if it’s not I’ll move it!

On Sunday night, there was a Facebook post about how two kids were planning on shooting up the school Monday. Two warrants were made for these kids arrest, and they cancelled school on Monday.

This morning my mom takes my sister to school, and there were about 3 police vehicles parked outside the school, where they’ve been all day, due to the fact they haven’t found and arrested the kids yet.

My question is, would you still allow your child/children go to school, knowing there is still a threat that could put your child in immediate danger?

Would you rather wait until the kids were arrested?

Bonus question: Would you want the school to notify you by phone of these threats? No calls were made, it was all posted on Facebook, the threat to the school, and the school cancellation.
