Bloodwork came back. Are they misdiagnosing me?

My fsh and LH were 8.0 and 8.5

Normal fasting blood sugar

Normal DHEA

Testosterone was 12. They want me at least 15

Prolactin was high at 47.

I have irregular periods but no cystic ovaries or other symptoms. I think they’re misdiagnosing me!! What do you think?

I would trust your doctor. They didnt go through 10 years of medical school for nothing. And not everyone with PCOS has cysts.

According to the Rotterdam criteria, you have to have 2 of the symptoms. Polycystic ovaries, irregular periods, or/ and high testosterone levels. I have irregular periods and that’s all. My LH and fsh are equal parts and fsh is not low like in pcos. I’m getting another opinion as an online doctor and doctor friend of my moms says this is not pcos!

Not everyone with PCOS has cystic ovaries. What is the diagnosis based on? For me it was my hormone levels and my blood sugar.

I’m honestly thinking I have a pituitary tumor or at least distinction

My fasting blood sugar was normal at 91. My testosterone is actually low at 12. Idk how they can give me a diagnosis with only irregular periods and high prolactin.

My testosterone is low. My fsh and LH is normal higher but still normal and 1:1 ratio. No cysts on ovaries but it’s only based on my irregular periods.
