First month temping. Yesterday I had diarrhea. My ab/stomach muscles are extremely sore. No cramping. If you vote no, please leave explanation. I'm trying to understand temping better! Thanks!

Temping doesn't show if you're pregnant until you've had like 16 days of higher temps. And by then you'd get a positive test. Good luck! 🤞

I commented on another post of yours the other day BUT WOW WE ARE SO ALIKE! I had diarrhea today and what we call “bubble guts” in our house. I have all fingers and toes crossed for you and I! I wanted to check up on you and see if you got your BFP yet. Keep me updated!!!

You either ovulated on CD 17 or 18. You’re most fertile days would have been the day before ovulation and day of. Temping doesn’t show if you’re pregnant unless your temps don’t drop below that coverline. If they dont drop by 16 days after Ovulation Id test! Make sure you’re taking your temp the same time everyday before you lift your head off the pillow. I set my alarm for 4AM, roll over, temp and go back to bed. Alcohol and less than 4 hours of sleep skew the temp results for the next day. I hope all that helps!!!
