Good? Bad? 
My baby keeps jerking herself awake in her swaddle

I used the swaddle up with my first and loved it. He could kick out of his swaddle at birth. I am planning on using it again with this baby. 😊 The zen sacks are supposed to be good too, same concept

They are safe approved by the AAP because they are weighted and can suppress the awake reflex. 
A swaddle is better for the Moro reflex 
But swaddling has to stop at 8 weeks or signs of rolling even the swaddle sacks so be prepared for that
