That doesn’t look like a positive. It looks to me like the line doesn’t have any color. I would re test and see what it says

You shouldnt be having your period and pregnant. If it heavy flow? It may be a chemical pregnancy or an ectopic. I see the very very faint line there but you shouldnt have enough blood to call it your period. Maybe call your doctor?
