Irregular cycle..but no PCOS

Hi all,

Just a query to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar?

I came off the pill roughly 11 months ago (having been on the pill for about 10 years) and initially started to have regular periods around 36 day cycles, however more recently they continue to get longer so 39..42...53 and now on a cycle day 50 with no sign of AF and negative pregnancy tests.

I went to to the doctors and they did all bloods and an external and internal ultrasound and everything looks normal..

So my question is will I ever have regular periods or is there another step I can take to help trying to conceive?!

Update - I have recently found out I am expecting!! Despite irregular periods.. I gave up on ovulation sticks half way through as I never saw a positive one and just stuck to every other day and it seems to have done the trick!
