How to handle tits like the bellagio fountain

I am very thankful that I have such an over supply. It is truly a blessing that I can exclusively breastfeed. That being said the amount of milk is ridiculous and I'm curious how you handle it.

My tits are permanently leaking. I have never been able to empty completely pumping, just a slow drip. So far I pump every 3 hours and constantly use towels to soak up extra sprays when I'm breast feeding or sometimes just walking around the house!

I have tried wearing pads in my bra but after an hour of sleeping I wake up to a giant puddle and my bra is soaking wet. Since the pads stayed permanently wet it caused my nipples to itch and be painful.

I store about 30 oz a day on top of feeding my infant, I can't even imagine how many ounces I waste around the house. Yet when I go back to work how am I supposed to deal with this? How can I stop soaking 10 towels a day!?
