Round ligament pain

I posted about round ligament pain last week and here I am again having some pain again. This time it’s only on my right side. It’s kinda all over the place but mainly on my right flank (kinda where you’d get a side ache) and then have this like occasional sharp throb sensation that has come n go. At first, I was thinking appendix but then it’s not excruciating and not having any other signs or symptoms of that. So my question is... is this also what round ligament pain feels like? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I go to my doctor on Thursday so I’ll be sure to ask him as well.
