I’m 11 weeks prego and was wondering why I didn’t have any morning sickness!! I did have nausea however it was more during night time. I have slight cramping and feel bloated sometimes however nothing too bad!!!!!!

I have been told it’s bc I’m having a girl and since it’s the same sex as my own body I’m not suppose to get sick. “If it was a boy” I would have gotten more sick since male is different biology than my own body??? Is this true???
