Potty Training Twins?!

I'm a first time mom to twin girls. They are 19 months old and I really want to get them potty trained but am pretty lost on where to start?

We did bare bottom, it took about 5 days to get consistently on the potty. Tons of accidents. It’s exhausting. Twins you’ll be wiped out, but you can do it. Just like anything with twins, it’ll be harder, but once you’re done it’ll be great! Get two potties, going at the same time will probably be great fun for them and once they’re trained it’ll be easier to take them to go potty at the same time.

I feel the same. My daughter asks me to change her diaper all the time and says “no diaper” when a new one goes on. Yet, she won’t sit on the potty without pants on. I’m thinking of trying the “bare bottom” around the house approach for a week or so and seeing how it goes. I’m nervous to start though and definitely don’t want to push her if she’s not ready!
